The flat, elegantly furnished, is on the second and top floor, overlooking some gardens in a calm and paceful atmosphere, it is composed by a large living room with a kitchenette and a divan bed (For two people), double room, a bathroom with tub. You can find every comfort like indipendent heating, air conditioning, TV, videotape,DVD, microwave oven, wasching machine.

The flat is situated in one of the most interesting parts of Venice, nearby the main tourist attractions. It is very close to the vaporetto stop of the Accademia. Here you will find the Peggy Gugenheim Collection , the famous Galleria dell’Accademia and a number of private Art galleries. This sestriere (that's how Venetians quarters are called) has always been the home of painters and various artists. In sunny days it is a marvellous experience to go walking down the Zattere along the Giudecca Canal where you can find many typical small restaurants for a quick lunch in the sun or enjoy an ice cream sitting in a caffè on the water front while at the same time looking at Palladio's churches. Going straight on you will reach the famous Chiesa della Salute full of paintings of the Old Masters. Then you can take a gondola (traghetto) cross the Grand Canal and reach San Marco Square in a few minutes.
